We'll always aim to meet the delivery timeframe given at checkout. A number of couriers may be used, depending on your location. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched, along with courier used and your tracking number. Please be aware that delays can sometimes happen, and this is out of our control, however if you incur any issues, feel free to contact us.
*Your order may be subject to customs and import duties. we have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges.
Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described when received. Sizing can vary with vintage items, and measurements are given in the product description - returns will not be accepted if the item purchased does not fit.
If there is an issue with your order, please get in contact with us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We'll be happy to discuss any issues and get it sorted for you as soon as possible. Returns are not free in most cases, however this depends on the issue at hand.
Please remember to ask for a proof of postage when returning, as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
If you've paid using a credit/debit card, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
